The focus of this site is on the walking sticks that King Tutankhamun had and why he had them. He had 139 ebony, ivory, sliver, and gold walking sticks and he didn't just have these for decorations. One of King Tut's legs were 4 inches shorter than the other (most likely caused by inbreeding). Because of this, he had trouble walking and that is why he had all of these walking sticks.
Not only did King Tut have one leg shorter then the other, he had a club foot (a foot that is twisted to the sole can't be placed on flat ground), bone disease, and a broken leg (at least at one point in his life before he died). These 3 other things gave more reason to have to have walking sticks/canes.
The reason for having 139 walking sticks is because he had the above problems with his feet and legs. And why he had 139 of them was most likely because he was Pharoah, and he could have them.
